If you have been misled by a description then you are entitled to return the item for a refund. If the item is more than 7.8g of gold ensure that it has a valid hallmark, and watch out for misleading sentences like “everything that you see and touch is gold” as it can mean the item is plated or rolled. Lastly although its good to look for a bargain its important to think about whether the price is plausible as there is a lot to the old adage that if it seems too good to be true, it probably is.
